Setup Fiddler to Monitor Web service call ?

Can someone please explain or link me to information on how to set up Fiddler to monitor the calls my domino application is making to an external webservice (HP SM9).

I would dearly like to use the inbuilt Domino Designer TCP/IP monitor but can't get that to work either !
